One of the largest international trade shows solely dedicated to biogas and anaerobic digestion made a welcome return this year, giving CooperÖstlund an opportunity to reconnect with industry suppliers and contractors.

Members of the senior management team attended the recent World Biogas Expo at the NEC Birmingham, organised by the World Biogas Association in partnership with the UK Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA).

The global trade show gives delegates the chance to discover the latest innovations, network, share best practice and develop business relationships.

Duncan McPherson, CooperÖstlund’s Chief Executive Officer, was joined by Chief Operating Officer Dan Walters, the company’s new Senior Business Development Manager Stephen Bandey and Commercial Director Perry Kirby.

Dan said: “It was a great opportunity to meet with current suppliers, clients and contractors and talk current and new business, and discuss what CooperÖstlund can offer the industry and what they require of us going forward.

“The show was busy with some great stands from all areas from the market, from AD plant builders to smaller suppliers of bespoke technology.

“Some of our key conversations were with Bioconstruct, Eco Verde, Eurotron Instruments, Gen-C, Petro Canada and some other key conversations.”
